Shift Details: Weekend Only

Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options when dining.
  • Ensuring that the standard operating procedures set dining tables.
  • Keeping the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented and ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
  • Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day, as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
  • Being aware of residents’ dietary requirements.

Ideal Candidate Must Have:

  • Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
  • Having experience working in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel would be desirable.
  • A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.

Please Note: This Role Will Require A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare. Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
