We are now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Concierge at Esher Manor Care Home in Surrey. If this sounds like the place for you, we would love to hear from you!
About the role
- Your focus as Concierge will be to create a positive and long lasting first impression of Avery, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors whilst providing high quality service to residents.
- Greeting and directing all visitors and making them feel welcome.
- Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
- Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.
- Completing administrative duties as required.
About you
- To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do.
- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to handle multiple priorities.
- Have good organisational skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service position is preferable.
