We're now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Client Liaison Manager at Eastbourne Gardens Care Home in Eastbourne.

ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Client Liaison Manager will be to manage the sales and marketing processes in the home, ensuring the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department, meeting and exceeding budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base and maximising revenue.
Other responsibilities will include: Ensuring that sales targets and Sales & Marketing deadlines are met and adhere to brand standards.
Assisting in answering all general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers, brochure requests, internet enquiries and other channels.
Managing and keeping up to date the information on the pipeline of potential members, and when they are likely to become residents to maximise revenue.
Developing new contacts and maintain regular and close contacts with all key care influences.
ABOUT YOU To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do.
Our ideal candidate must: Have a full UK and clean driving license Be able to negotiate with skill and expertise.
Possess effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner.
Be able to prioritise your own workload.
Ideally have a background in a previous sales position.
