Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Sous Chef to join the bank team at Southbourne Beach Care Home in Bournemouth. You will assist the Head Chef in delivering a nutritionally balanced and high-quality culinary service for residents, whilst managing cost and quality within budget.
The ideal candidate will hold a catering qualification (City & Guilds 706/1 & 706/2 or NVQ in catering) and at least one year of experience, with compassion, adaptability, and reliability to cover shifts.
