About The Role

Your focus as a Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care and fully contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal hygiene care to maintain independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
  • Recognise and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, and signs of infection, and escalates any identified risks promptly.
  • Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting individual dignity.
  • Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
