Avery-Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Beaconsfield Heights Care Home in Beaconsfield.

You will work with a warm, dedicated team to deliver high standards of personal care in a safe and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.

You will monitor residents' wellbeing, support person-centred care planning, assist with medication, supervise staff, and be the main point of contact for residents and families while escalating concerns as needed.
