About the Role

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Assistant to join our award‐winning team at Esher Manor Care Home. The role involves delivering high standards of personal care and fully contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal hygiene care, ensuring their independence, dignity, and respect.
  • Recognise and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, fall risk, and signs of infection, and raise any identified risks in a timely manner.
  • Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
  • Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
