About the Role

Your focus as Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator will be to provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate residents' physical, psychological, and social well‑being, and to promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify the life history, needs, and preferences of residents by listening to them and their families to support the development of a detailed life story.
  • Plan and submit to the Home Manager a monthly activity and wellbeing plan and a weekly overview.
  • Arrange activities, events, and outings, encouraging the involvement of staff, relatives, and visitors.
  • Maintain a safe living and working environment, contributing to the positive and professional image of the home.
