We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Receptionist - Part Time at Scholars Mews Care Home in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home.
  • Answer the telephone and respond to enquiries at reception, redirect calls to relevant staff, and record messages accordingly.
  • Complete reception-related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative assistance as required by the General Manager.
  • Maintain the tidiness of the reception area and liaise with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, a friendly demeanor, and problem-solving experience.
  • A DBS check is necessary, and will be covered by Avery Healthcare.
