Responsibilities

• Greeting and directing all visitors and making them feel welcome.
• Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
• Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.
• Completing administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

• Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to handle multiple priorities.
• Have good organisational skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service position is preferable.

Shift Details: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This schedule includes early shifts, late shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
