Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene ensuring independence, dignity and respect.
- Recognise clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls and infection signs, and raise concerns promptly.
- Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting dignity and individuality.
- Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
Requirements
- DBS Disclosure check (cost met by employer).
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Initiative and respect towards residents and the team.
- Ability to follow reasonable instructions and work efficiently.
- Adaptability and flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities on short notice.
- Experience not required; induction and training will be provided.
