The predicted salary is between 950 - 1167 £ per month.

Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member will be to support with the dining service and assisting residents with their meals.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining.
  • Ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
  • Keeping front of house clean, tidy and well-presented, and that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
  • Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
  • Being aware of residents' dietary requirements.

Qualifications / Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
  • Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
  • Have experience of working in a similar setting; restaurant or hotel would be desirable.
  • A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.
