We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Registered Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent person-centred quality care to residents in a safe, caring and stimulating environment.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality care, person-centred care and that residents receive care based on best practice.
- Be responsible for the ongoing recruitment, retention, and development of staff within the Home.
- Act as a focal point for contact with residents, their relatives and visitors, and health and social care professionals involved in resident’s wellbeing.
- Ensure safe staffing levels are reviewed and maintained in accordance with both occupancy and dependency.
- Provide ongoing inspirational leadership and management to the staff team.
- Ensure costs are well managed and maintained within budgetary controls, by reviewing regularly and monitoring stock.
Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of experience in a similar care environment.
- Leadership and Management Level 5 or equivalent.
- Current NMC registration.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and competence in IT.
- Adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

- DBS Disclosure check (cost met by Avery Healthcare).
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
- NMC PIN required.
