As a Learning and Development Facilitator, you will empower our teams to deliver outstanding care across a cluster of homes. You’ll lead engaging training sessions, ensuring staff are confident, competent, and compliant with statutory and mandatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality training on statutory and mandatory topics.
  • Identify learning needs using the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Design and facilitate interactive induction and refresher courses.
  • Support both face‑to‑face and virtual learning experiences.
  • Assess learner understanding and confidence throughout sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to work toward it).
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.

Additional Requirements

  • DBS Disclosure (paid for by Avery).
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
