Your focus as Credit Controller will be to be responsible for managing the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records within the care home industry.

  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of historic outstanding debts.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate repayment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Collaborate with the Care Home team to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Have experience working within this role or similar – ideally in a care home setting.
  • Have understanding of credit control principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
