Overview
Manager, Regional Support Manager to oversee a group of care homes within the Cambridgeshire & Norfolk region, supporting the Regional Director to achieve performance targets and operate with excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide focus and support in key homes to maintain compliance, uphold standards, and deliver outstanding service.
- Stand in for General Managers during periods of absence, ensuring continuity, stability, and strong leadership within the home.
- Identify challenges and recommend effective solutions in partnership with the Regional Director.
- Interpret quality and performance data and advise on actions to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in care home management roles.
- Ideally a clinical background or strong clinical knowledge.
- Experience supporting homes at a regional level.
- Strong staff supervision and development skills.
- NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Care for Care Homes.
