Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join Hempstalls Hall Care Home in Newcastle under Lyme. You will support the Head Chef, lead a culinary team, and ensure a nutritionally balanced, high-quality dining service for residents.
You’ll prepare modified diets per IDDSI guidance, supervise kitchen staff, maintain high hygiene standards, and help uphold Avery Food Safety policies. DBS check will be arranged by Avery, with eligibility to work in the UK required.
