About the Role
Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals.
- Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options when dining.
- Ensuring that the standard operating procedures for setting dining tables are followed.
- Keeping the front of the house clean, tidy and well‑presented, and removing and replenishing dirty crockery throughout the day.
- Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits, finger food, and fresh fruit are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day.
- Being aware of residents' dietary requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
- Experience working in a similar setting, restaurant or hotel is desirable.
- A basic Food Hygiene Certificate is beneficial.
- Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
- DBS Disclosure check (cost covered by Avery Healthcare) and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
