Avery Healthcare Group is recruiting a Maintenance Operative for Birchwood Grange Care Home in London. You will maintain building and grounds, carry out routine maintenance tasks, checks on services and basic fixes to equipment so facilities stay fully functional.
The ideal candidate has at least one year in general maintenance or a trade qualification, holds a full driving licence, and is knowledgeable about Health and Safety, including Moving and Handling, Fire Safety and COSHH.
