We're now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award‐winning team as a Head Housekeeper at Purley Gardens Care Home in Surrey.
About the Role
Your focus as Head Housekeeper will be to oversee the housekeeping and laundry cleaning service in support of the hospitality services function to ensure a high quality of care. The role involves overseeing the housekeeping and laundry service to ensure high‐quality care. Responsibilities include cleaning duties, preparing orders, monitoring work standards, and supervising staff. The position is permanent with a salary range of £14.00 to £14.60 per hour.
Responsibilities
Oversee the housekeeping and laundry cleaning service to support hospitality functions.
Ensure high quality of cleaning and laundry work standards.
Prepare and manage orders and inventory related to housekeeping supplies.
Monitor and maintain work standards across the team.
Supervise and lead housekeeping staff.
Qualifications
Experience in cleaning and laundry management.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Ability to lead and manage a team.
