Avery Healthcare Group in Leeds is recruiting a Maintenance Operative for Aire View Care Home. You will maintain the building and grounds, carry out routine tasks, and respond to basic repairs to electrical, plumbing, joinery and building systems to keep the home fully functional.
The role requires a minimum of one year in maintenance or a trades qualification, a full driving licence, and knowledge of health and safety, moving and handling, fire safety and COSHH.
