Responsibilities
- Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, noting changes and ensuring care plans are updated.
- Participate in person‑centred care planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating monthly.
- Support residents with medication requirements.
- Conduct staff supervision and support staff development as needed.
- Act as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals, handling reasonable requests and escalating concerns or complaints.
Requirements
- DBS Disclosure check – cost covered by Avery Healthcare.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
- NVQ3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar care environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude towards supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
- Responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
