Overview
We\\\’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a HR Administrator on a fixed term contract at our Support Office in Northampton. If this sounds like the place for you, we\\\’d love to hear from you! In this role, you\\\’ll provide essential support to our HR Business Partners and People Director, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You\\\’ll Be Doing
- Managing a busy HR inbox, ensuring queries are directed to the right people quickly and efficiently
- Supporting ongoing compliance processes for our current employees
- Organising, filing, and digitalising important HR documentation
- Handling a variety of ad-hoc requests and enquiries with a can-do attitude
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of Right-To-Work – this is not essential but is desirable
- The ability to pick up systems and processes quickly
