Responsibilities
- Support the dining service by assisting residents with meal selection and service.
- Set dining tables in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Maintain front-of-house cleanliness, remove dirty crockery and replenish supplies during shifts.
- Ensure fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger foods, and fruit options are available and replenished in the bistro areas.
- Stay aware of residents' dietary requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated high standards of personal hygiene.
- Compassion and commitment to delivering culinary services to residents.
- Experience in a similar setting, restaurant or hotel is desirable.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is beneficial.
- DBS Disclosure check – cost covered by employer.
