As a Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Regional Director to oversee a group of care homes, ensuring they achieve performance targets and operate with excellence.
Responsibilities
- Providing focus and support in key homes to maintain compliance, uphold standards, and deliver outstanding service.
- Standing in for General Managers during periods of absence, ensuring continuity, stability, and strong leadership within the home.
- Identifying challenges and recommending effective solutions in partnership with the Regional Director.
- Interpreting quality and performance data and advising on actions to drive continuous improvement.
About You
- You will embody our values - caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in everything you do.
- Have proven experience in Care Home management roles.
- Hold a Nursing Qualification with an active NMC pin.
- Be experienced in supporting homes at a regional level.
- Demonstrate strong staff supervision and development skills.
- Hold NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Care for Care Homes.
