Responsibilities
- Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options when dining.
- Ensuring that dining tables are set according to standard operating procedures.
- Keeping the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented and ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
- Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day, as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
- Being aware of residents’ dietary requirements.
About You
- To succeed in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable in all you do.
- Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
- Having experience working in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel would be desirable.
- A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.
- Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
