About the Role
We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Assistant at Rosebery Manor Care Home in Epsom, part of our award‑winning team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑standard personal care and contribute fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
- Assist residents in all aspects of personal hygiene care while maintaining their independence, dignity, and respect.
- Recognise and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and signs of infections, escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.
- Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting each resident’s dignity and individuality.
- Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
Qualifications
Experience is not required; a thorough induction will be provided to build role confidence.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom and a DBS disclosure check are required.
