Fixed-term contract between 3-6 months with the possibility of extending, we are looking for a meticulous and motivated Data Migration Administrator to support our People Compliance Team as we transition key Right to Work records from legacy systems into our new platform. In this vital role, you will ensure that employee documentation is accurate, complete and compliant, helping us maintain robust standards across our organisation.
You will be responsible for reviewing, validating and transferring essential Right to Work data, reporting inconsistencies, and contributing to the smooth running of our compliance processes. Your work will directly support a safe, legal and well-managed environment for our colleagues, always upholding confidentiality, precision and professionalism. To succeed in this role, you will bring strong administrative skills, a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to work with sensitive data accurately and responsibly. Our ideal candidate will:
- Have previous administrative experience
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling data
- Have good knowledge of Right to Work legislation
- Maintain confidentiality at all times when working with sensitive employee information (essential)

Please note this role will require:
- A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
