Provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate residents’ physical, psychological, and social well-being, promoting privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents.

Identify the life history, needs, and preferences of residents by listening to them and their families to support the development of a detailed life story.

Plan and submit to the Home Manager a monthly activity and well-being plan, as well as a weekly overview.

Arrange activities, events, and outings, encouraging the involvement of staff, relatives, and visitors.
