We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, all‑rounded individual to join our friendly, award‑winning team as a Housekeeping and Hospitality Assistant – Bank at the Hawthorns, Clevedon in North Somerset.

About the Role

Your focus as a Housekeeping and Hospitality Assistant will be to provide general housekeeping services and serve meals to our residents whilst following The Hawthorns’ procedures in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining the main areas of the service as well as our resident’s apartments to a high standard.
  • Restocking the food and beverage areas when required.
  • Courteously serving meals to our residents.
  • Laundering linens using the facilities provided on site.

About You
