Your primary responsibility will involve supporting the daily operations of the culinary department. You will manage and guide a culinary team dedicated to providing nutritionally balanced, comprehensive, and high-quality meals that enhance the well-being of the residents while staying within budget. The role involves travelling to different homes across the region. Responsibilities include preparing menu plans, placing food orders with approved suppliers, supervising kitchen staff, instructing unqualified staff, and ensuring all food preparation meets hygiene standards.
