About the Role

Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options when dining.
  • Ensuring that the standard operating procedures for setting dining tables are followed.
  • Keeping the front‑of‑house clean, tidy, and well‑presented and ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
  • Ensuring fresh homemade cakes and biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day, as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
  • Being aware of residents’ dietary requirements.

About You

To succeed in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all you do. You should:

  • Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
  • Have experience working in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel (desirable).
  • A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
