As the Regional Bank Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the culinary department across various homes in the north. This includes managing and guiding a culinary team to provide high-quality and nutritionally balanced meals for residents within budget. Additional responsibilities entail preparing menu plans, placing food orders, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards. A successful applicant will embody values of care and accountability.
Required qualifications include a minimum of 5 years culinary experience, NVQ 3 in Food Production or equivalent, and knowledge of food safety legislation. You must also pass a DBS Disclosure check, with costs covered by Avery Healthcare, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
