We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as a Relief Manager.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as a Relief Manager will be to provide cover for the management team by looking after the facility, overseeing staff and assisting residents.

Attending evening activities and undertaking various administrative duties for the management team.

Other responsibilities will include

  • Participate in the planning of all programmes and requirements necessary to make the facility profitable and successful.
  • Financial/Management Reporting
  • Supervise the Head Housekeeper in the cleaning of residents' apartments and common areas. Oversee the inventory of supplies and HK budgets.
  • Be aware and competent in applying all HR policies and procedures.

  • OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE
  • General level of education including experience in management and managing budgets. Basic CRB Check completed with no convictions
  • Hospitality background, management and marketing experience.
  • Management responsibilities including dealing effectively and professionally with the ongoing pressures and demands of renting apartments, managing staff members, supervising kitchen/dining service three times a day, meeting residents' daily needs.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated with a flexible approach.
