Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our award-winning team on the night shift at Westbourne Tower Care Home, Bournemouth.
Responsibilities:
- Act as person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required.
- Ensure high standards of care to all residents.
- Perform nursing tasks including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions.
- Advise families of residents and GPs on any changes in condition, keeping them informed and involved in choices for ongoing care.
- Responsible for effective deployment and supervision of staff within the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during the duty period and residents receive required care.
- Provide high standards of care by undertaking accurate assessment and planning.
