Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe,
caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff., Joining Avery Healthcare as a Senior Care Assistant at St Giles Care Home in Birmingham means making a positive impact on residents lives every day. Your role will involve supporting and working alongside the care team to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. Responsibilities include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the care planning process, supporting residents with medication, and undertaking staff supervisions. This position requires a caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable attitude, along with an NVQ level 3 or equivalent in care and 2 years experience in a similar environment.
