As the Regional Bank Chef, your primary responsibility will be supporting the daily operations of the culinary department. The role involves managing the daily operations of the culinary department, ensuring high-quality meals are provided to residents while adhering to budget constraints. The chef will supervise the preparation of nutritionally balanced menu plans that accommodate special dietary needs and ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met. In addition, the Regional Bank Chef will supervise kitchen staff, conduct food orders, and ensure stock levels are maintained within budget limits. This temporary position requires someone enthusiastic, dedicated, and ready to travel between various homes in the assigned regions.
