Role: Food and Beverage Team Member - Bank at Bagshot Gardens Care Home, Surrey (Avery Healthcare).
Shift options: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM, 11:00 AM – 07:00 PM, 07:30 AM – 07:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Support the dining service and assist residents with their meals.
- Assist residents in choosing their meal options when dining.
- Set dining tables following standard operating procedures; maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Replenish dirty crockery throughout the day.
- Ensure fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger foods, and fresh fruit options are available and replenished in the bistro areas.
- Be aware of residents' dietary requirements.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene; previous experience in a similar setting is beneficial.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Experience in a similar setting preferred.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate advantageous.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills; compassionate and dedicated approach.
