Job responsibilities:
- Support the care team to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring a safe and innovative environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
- Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, noting any changes impacting care plans, and keep written records up to date.
- Involve in the person‑centred care planning process – implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations.
- Assist residents with medication requirements.
- Undertake staff supervision and support staff development where required.
- Act as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and health & social care professionals, addressing reasonable requests and escalating concerns or complaints.
About you:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in care for care homes.
- Minimum two years’ experience working in a similar care environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, responsive, and flexible attitude toward supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
- Live the values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable in all that you do.
