As Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, your focus will be to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Other responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a safe living and working environment.
- Reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the Wellbeing and Activity Coordinator, Home Manager, and care staff.
- Assisting with ordering and preparing supplies for upcoming activities.
- Establishing links with the local community to promote intergenerational activities.

- Have effective communication skills, verbal and written.
- Demonstrate understanding of how interaction supports the general well-being of people.

- Have previously worked with older people in a residential nursing dementia setting.
This role will require a DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
