Make an Impact in Audit Quality at RSM UK
The audit quality department is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of quality initiatives across the practice. Joining the audit quality team allows you to be at the forefront of change and offers you a unique opportunity to help shape and develop practical initiatives to improve audit quality. The audit industry is continually evolving but the consistent theme is the increased focus on audit quality. We are looking for an Audit Quality Senior Manager to join our audit quality department. This is a national role, and this person can be based out of any of our UK offices.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Completing pre-issuance reviews of listed and high-risk audit engagements
- Collaborating across the business to develop, implement, and monitor quality initiatives that reduce risk and enhance audit quality
- Sharing key learnings and best practices with audit teams to improve overall audit quality
- Contributing to the ongoing development of quality initiatives as part of the audit quality enhancement plan

- ACA qualified (or equivalent)
- Experienced Senior Manager within Audit, strong candidates at Manager grade will also be considered
- Proven technical auditing and accounting skills with experience with listed and high-risk audit engagements
- Passion for improving audit quality, previous experience within an audit quality or methodology based role would be advantageous
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and provide constructive feedback
