Overview

The role is a weekends‑only shift. Your primary focus will be to offer professional, high‑quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home and to provide a range of administrative services.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the telephone and respond to enquiries at reception, redirecting calls to relevant staff and recording messages accordingly.
  • Complete reception‑related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative assistance as required by the General Manager.
  • Maintain the general tidiness of the reception area, liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are met.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in using computers.
  • Positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
  • Previous exposure to problem‑solving and handling client complaints.
