Main duties of the job:
- Support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being.
- Maintain a safe living and working environment.
- Report changes in residents' conditions.
- Support with activity supplies.
- Establish links with the local community.
Shift Details: 9.00 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and alternative weekends.

We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant at Butlers Mews Care Home in Rugby.
To succeed in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in everything you do. You should have effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate an understanding of the role interaction plays in the general well-being of people. A positive attitude toward older people and a commitment to providing stimulating, quality activities and social events is essential. Previous experience working with older people in a residential nursing dementia setting is preferred.
This role will require:
- ADBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
