Main duties
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare\'s Nuneaton location, you will be responsible for providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. Your duties will include managing the reception area, supporting with show rounds, actively following up and managing sales enquiries, and assisting the Home Administrator as required. To be successful in this role, you should have effective interpersonal and professional telephone skills, be computer literate, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards residents and visitors.

About the role
Your focus as Customer Service Advisor will be to support the Home by providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person, and by telephone.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Being responsible for the reception area and ensure it is always presented to a high standard.
- Supporting with the process of show rounds.
- Actively following up and manage any sales enquiries through to admissions.
- Assisting the Home Administrator as required.
About you

- Have effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner.
- Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Suite.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude to all residents and visitors.
