The Operations Support Administrator role at Avery Healthcare involves providing administrative and business support to the Operations Support Manager and wider team. This includes tasks such as meeting planning, event organizing, diary management, and liaising with care home managers and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' administration experience and the necessary skills to excel in this position.
Main Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Operations Support Manager to assist with meeting planning and event organising
- Providing clerical support to the team and, when appropriate, other staff, including diary management
- Liaising with care home managers and other stakeholders to provide administrative assistance as required
- Supporting the Operations Directors and the Regional Directors with producing letters, minute taking, and other administrative duties
Qualifications
- Hold a minimum NVQ /QCF Level 2 in Administration or Business Studies, or equivalent qualifications
- Have at least 3 years of administration experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner
