This is a Senior Care Assistant role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves supporting the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, creating a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The successful candidate will have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care, 2 years' experience in a similar care environment, and excellent communication skills.
Main duties:
- Support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care.
- Provide a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
- Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changes impacting care and care plans.
- Be involved in the person-centred care planning process, by implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations.
- Support residents with their medication requirements.
- Undertake staff supervisions and support staff with their development where required.
- Act as a key point of contact with residents, their relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals.

- Have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
- Have 2 years experience working in a similar care environment.

Please note this role will require:
- A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
