About the Role
Reporting to the Immigration and Compliance Manager, the Employee Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring Avery Healthcare meets its statutory employment obligations while providing an outstanding colleague experience. They manage and monitor ongoing employment compliance across the Avery Healthcare Group, focusing on Right to Work compliance, sponsorship and UKVI compliance, visa monitoring and renewals, employment audits and risk management, and stakeholder advice, guidance and training.

- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to travel to various Avery locations when required
Desirable Experience
- Experience administering sponsored employees
- Experience using the UKVI Sponsor Management System (SMS)
