Responsibilities
- Your focus as Credit Controller will be to manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records within the care home industry.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of historic outstanding debts.
- Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities and prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with the Care Home team to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Experience working within a Credit Control role or similar, ideally in a care home setting.
- Understanding of credit control principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.

Required Background & Checks
- A DBS Disclosure check (cost covered by Avery Healthcare).
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
