As a Care Assistant at Ashurst Mews Care Home in Northampton, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on residents' lives every day, working in a caring, supportive, and respectful team.
Main duties:- Deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
- Assist residents with their personal hygiene, recognising and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting the dignity and individuality of each individual.
- Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks and demonstrate initiative, respect, and efficiency in your role.

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
