Main duties of the job:
- Support the home administration team by efficiently managing the sales ledger process.
- Process bedsteads daily and ensure accurate recording of related transactions.
- Exhibit excellent organizational and time-management skills, and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Daily occupancy reporting.
- Process and manage invoices, including those from local authorities.
- Collaborate closely with the administration team to maintain accurate and up-to-date sales ledger records.
- Assist in maintaining confidentiality and security of financial data at all times.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations governing financial transactions.
